Appearance of the N Special Polyimide Film; Kapton Film, successfully developed at first in China and synthesized from ODPA copolymer system, is golden-yellow transparent film. It has excellent electric insulation capacity and nice mechanical and physical performance. Under long-term service at 200°C—250°C, its flexibility is very nice, because it has low vitrification temperature (Tg) of about 285°C, different from ordinary PI film, so that it has unique processing performance and is capable to be used as mating insulation material and high-temperature resistant material. Especially, it has excellent vacuum processing ability and high elastics and can send ringing metallic vibration sound during vibrating. Therefore, it is used as vibration pieces in various high-grade Hi-Fi audio series abroad quite often. For quickly-changed high-speed development of liquid crystal TV and audios, it is a kind of mating polymer material if audios, outstanding and different to be replaces. It can also be adopted as TAB isolation belt, which has attracted high respect and attention in foreign countries and will be used extensively in the field of electronic products.
